The next #SuperbSchools edchat is taking place on Sunday 17th March.

We have the brilliant Daisy Christodoulou (@daisychristo), one
of the leading minds when it comes to assessment, co-hosting the chat this week. Daisy is the Director of Education at No More Marking, a company that provides online comparative judgement software for schools. She is also the author of Making Good Progress? and Seven Myths About Education, two books I thoroughly recommend all teachers and school leaders read.

We will discuss assessment and how schools can 'get it right'. The questions for the chat are listed below.

The complete global chat times are located here, with the highlighted regions being:
  • Boston 9 am
  • London 1 pm
  • Amsterdam 2 pm
  • Abu Dhabi 5 pm
  • Bangkok 8 pm
  • Kuala Lumpur & Singapore 9 pm

Join the international conversation this Sunday!

This week's questions:

Q1) What are the biggest assessment challenges you face in your school?
Q2) What's the right balance between formative and summative assessment?
Q3) What are the most common pupil misconceptions in your subject, and how do you identify them?
Q4) Whole-class feedback: do you use it and if so, how?
Q5) What questions do you have about comparative judgement?
